Precision machining

We machine turned and milled parts to your print in Carson City, Nevada. Programming, setup, and machining all happen in-house, so the person quoting your job understands how it will actually be made.

Equipment

Our Swiss and sliding-headstock lathes handle small, detailed turned parts. The SMEC covers larger turning work, and the Mori Seiki handles milled parts and secondary operations.

Quality

Every job is inspected in-house against your drawing before it ships. Our CNC coordinate measuring machine handles 3D geometry and positional features, and the vision system measures small turned and Swiss parts without touching them.

Our shop and production control system are built to ISO 9001:2015. The quality system is fully in place and documented, and we’re ready to complete the certification audit for customers whose programs require it.
